LEAD TIME


We request that you put your order in no later than 2 months 


prior to your event date. However, we will accept 


orders with a shorter lead time if we are available and your 


design can be completed in that time. Rush fees may apply for 


last-minute orders.


DEPOSIT


A non-refundable reservation fee equal to 50% of your total secures your date. This will go 


towards the balance of your order.



DELIVERY


Delivery is included within Monterey County. Delivery is available for surrounding areas 


for a fee depending on the location.



CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER


Depending on the design of your cake, changes can be made up to 2 weeks before your 


event. We will inform you if your design requires an earlier deadline for making changes.



FINAL PAYMENT


The balance for your order is due no later than 2 weeks before your delivery date.



CANCELLATIONS


We are a small business making only custom orders and only take a few orders per week. 


We do not give refunds. If you cancel your order earlier than your final payment due date, 


we will give you a credit for a future order on your deposit and any payments made up to 


that point.
